A black China tea, infused with natural oil of Bergamot and laced with blue mallow flowers. The flavour has bright citrus notes.
To serve we recommend one heaped teaspoon of tea per person and leave to infuse for 4-5 minutes. Alternatively, adapt to your own taste.
