Delivery
We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt but may require longer during busy periods. General deliveries are sent by Royal Mail with the exception of our afternoon tea boxes. These are sent out using a third-party courier service.
Due to the way our products are shipped we cannot be held responsible for parcels not delivered due to incorrect delivery information being entered at checkout. If the recipient isn't home, or if the parcel is delayed through no fault of our own.

In order to guarantee delivery of your afternoon tea box by 4pm on your desired date, orders must be placed two days in advance, before 6am. The order can be placed up to 60 days in advance.
