Lapsang Souchong Loose Leaf Tea
A distinctive tea produced by smoking in a traditional way over pine chips.
Put one heaped teaspoon of loose-leaf tea per person into a warmed teapot. Add freshly boiled water and leave to infuse for 5 minutes.
For a stronger brew simply add one extra heaped teaspoon to the pot.
