National Vegetarian Week: 13-19 May 2019

Monday marks the start of National Vegetarian Week – seven days dedicated to meat free dishes. Endorsed by the Vegetarian Society, it aims to highlight the benefits of a vegetarian diet to a wider audience.

With global climate change an increasingly urgent problem, eating more veggie food can be a delicious way to do your bit for the environment.

Harriets offer a wide range of vegetarian options

If you are vegetarian or are supporting National Vegetarian Week, our menu caters for a wide variety of dietary requirements. We offer coeliac friendly foods, gluten and lactose free products, as well as vegetarian options.

As part of Vegetarian Week, meat eaters are being encouraged to add vegetarian options to their weekly meal choices. Why not try pancakes or mushrooms or scrambled egg on toast as an alternative to our traditional breakfast grills?
